By making a purchase you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of all of these Terms and Conditions when making a purchase.
Mode of payment - Our mode of payment includes Net banking, Credit/ Debit cards, Wallet Payments and the payment is processed by RazorPay.
Shipping - Shipping of the products is through a reliable logistics partner.
Products - Our products include ripe jackfruit chips, jackfruit flour, jackfruit seed powder, jackfruit pulp and tender jackfruit.
Our Products are described in the website. You can select the products you wish to purchase.
If you place an Order through our Website, the ordering process comprises four steps:
1. You select the desired product and add to cart.
2. You check all items in your shopping cart and apply any necessary changes. You click the "Place Order" button to proceed to payment.
3. If you have not already done so, log in to your user account with email and password and enter the required customer data for the invoice.
4. Finally, on the "Checkout" page, you select the preferred method of payment. Here, you can again change the Shipping Address details, check your purchase data and return to the cart by clicking "Cart". By clicking "Make Payment", once you make the payment, your order will be placed in the system.
With our order confirmation, we will send you a copy of the corresponding Order summary and on acceptance of your order you will receive the invoice, to your email address.
Delivery - We will send the delivery email to the address indicated in your Order. We shall deliver the product without delay upon confirmation of your successful payment of the purchase. Time for delivery shall be prolonged by reasonable periods in case of unavoidable situations for which we are not responsible, such as disruptions in operations, strikes, authority measures, or troubles with telecommunications.
